The Store
The Cape Exchange store opened its doors in February, 2008. The idea was to have a local, friendly resale and consignment store with a boutique feel – not a thrift shop. Think back to simpler times – a porch swing and a cookie – chatting with friends. Here you will find a wonderful assortment of things for sale – from original artwork to books, china, dolls, furniture, gifts, glassware, household items, new and vintage jewelry, and the list goes on.
While most of our treasures are gently used, we also sell some brand new items. Some of our merchandise is store owned and some is consigned. We shop weekly for interesting items and our consignors bring us a wide assortment of items to sell. New and exciting items arrive each day – we never know for sure what we’re going to get.
Our prices are fair and reasonable. We have items that fit all budgets. Need some extra glassware for a holiday dinner? We have that. Looking for a special antique accent piece? We have that too. Here you can buy what you need and still have money left to buy something you want.
